Claremont Hotel Policies
A credit/debit card (not visa electron) is
required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled
outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit
card will be charged with 75% of the amount of the
booking.
Credit cards must be presented at the hotel on arrival
for full payment.
Children will be charged 16 pounds per night when
sharing a room with 2 adults in our family rooms.
Infants under 3 in beds will be charged 5 pounds per
night.
Double and twin bedded rooms are not suitable to
accommodate children.
Please note that there is a 2 night minimum stay at
weekends.
We do not accommodate any Single Sex Parties.
Bookings must be cancelled at least 3 days before your
arrival date
